Does Ms. Yasna Provoste deserve it ? Probably not, probably the senate was too tough, yes, compared with other concertacion´s failures, named EFE, Chiledeportes, MOP and on and on, she paid very early on the road, again compared with nobody´s head on several other major frauds (Lagos´included by Longeira The Magnanimous).
This time something is different, someone has to pay the bill, and sorry Ms. Provoste was the person, and this is the right thing to do for Chile. She should blame the concertacion for many years of incompetence. Hopefully, for Chile, everyone on the public service will get more cautios, and no other minister get banned for a while.
Aunke no comparto muchas ideas con Ms. Yasna ni con The Concertation, lo que me disgusta es que este recurso haya carecido absolutamente del tan trajinado "merito jurídico". Parece que la institucionalidad y consticionalidad se nos están yendo a las pailas!!
Muchos saludos, me gustó esto del toque bilingüe...hasta en inglés suenan atroces las cosas que suceden este país :S
